Label lyrics Made in Italy
Lately I´ve been obsessed with what is written on the labels of various products. A lot is uninspired, but it seems that producers with passion for great content on the inside of the box, also create what I from now will refer to as Label Lyrics.
Here is one from the superb makers of italian food, Cipriani.
Why is the pasta Cipriani so special?
7 whole grade eggs are used in every kg of the best durum wheat.
During production the mixer, the press and the impression cylinders manage to work the dough at least 30 times, which allow the pasta to grow more than any other and obtain its unusual and unique texture.
The pasta is dried for 12 hrs
After all this the pasta is thin enough it can be cooked faster than any other.
Incomparable tenacity, elasticity, softness and delicasy. This is the luxury in simplicity.
If you should wonder. The Cipriani pasta is superb. Even a mediocre hobby chef can make great dinners with this pasta. Not hard to believe after the description is it?
